OPENING CEREMONIES
National Wine Centre Opening
With such a prominent event, SEM provided the overall concept and management for the ‘Art of Opening A Wine Centre’. This involved a VIP Dinner, and 2 days of entertainment and activities for the general public. AFAC

Adelaide Hills Tunnel Project 2000
The Department of Transport enlisted SEM expertise to develop the opening of the Heysen Tunnels. Launch of the Hindmarsh Island Bridge

Launch of Channel 9's new tv show. This included a spectacular launch on the property in Gawler, plus a recognisance visit by serval major buyers from around the world for which SEM managed all elements. GH Michell & Sons
SEM produced their anniversary launch “I Remember”. INTERNATIONAL FUNCTIONS
SEM were contracted to take the "Aussie" theme to San Diego, USA, to stage a State Dinner, entertaining delegates attending an international Bio-Technology conference. The then Deputy Premier of South Australia, Hon. Rob Kerin, hosted the dinner, where guests drank at an authentic outback Pub and were entertained with bush music. South Australian food and wine was shipped to the USA for the event and a celebrity Chef from SA attended to oversee the preparation of the banquet. SEM have been contracted to stage this function again in 2002 in Toronto, Canada. FASHION
